&lt;p&gt;Lag geleen som anvist på pakken, men bruk halve væskemengden. La geleen avkjøles i kjøleskap mens du lager resten:

Legg bakepapir i bunnen av en vanlig rund kakeform (springform).&lt;br /&gt;

Knus kjeksen i en pose for å unngå søl. Bruk gjerne en flaske til å knuse med. Hell den knuste kjeksen oppi kakeformen.&lt;br /&gt;

Smelt smøret og hell det over den knuste kjeksen. Bland godt og klapp den forsiktig jevn i bunnen av formen. Ikke klapp den for hardt, da blir den umulig å skjære i senere.&lt;br /&gt;

Rør sammen ost og melis, og tilsett rømme og vaniljesukker.&lt;br /&gt;

Pisk kremen stiv og bland den i.&lt;br /&gt;

Hell i den avkjølte geleén og bland.&lt;br /&gt;

Hell alt over kjeksblandingen i formen.&lt;br /&gt;

Settes kjølig til den stivner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;

Sett ovnen på 250 grader.
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg mel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;20 g salt (grovt havsalt) =ca 1ss&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 g fersk gjær&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 l lunkent vann&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Olivenolje&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
Bland vann og gjær først, ha i salt og mel. Heves 30 min med plast over, evt i bolle med lokk(?)&lt;br /&gt;
Ha deigen over i langpanne med bakepapir i og klem den jevnt utover.&lt;br /&gt;
Stikk "hull" i deigen, og tøm forsiktig over litt olje (Extra Virgin) og strø på ca 1 ss grovt havsalt.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienser&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;125 g smør &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;125 g sukker &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 g mørk sjokolade (halvparten vanlig kokesjokolade og halvparten 70% kokesjokolade) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dl hvetemel &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 stk egg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
Smelt smøret og ha i sukker og sjokolade brukket i mindre biter. La alt smelte sammen og pass på at sukkeret har løst seg opp. Rør inn melet, og bland inn ett og ett egg. Fyll 6 muffinsformer med sjokolademassen. Sett formene på en stekeplate og stek midt i ovnen ved 200 °C i ca. 8 min, til overflaten er stivnet. Hvelv fondantene på tallerkener. Serveres lunkne med vaniljeis.

Du trenger:
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Laksefilet (gjerne Findus' sin sitron og peppermarinerte)
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Couscous&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lime&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ruccolasalat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tomat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Tin fisken og stek den i ovn på 200 grader til den er gjennomstekt (og skinnet slipper kjøttet).
Mens fisken blir ferdig lager du litt couscous og lar den stå så lenge.
Del opp tomaten i terninger, limen deler du i to.

Når fisken er ferdig fjerner du skinnet, og blander kjøttet med couscous, ruccolablader og tomat. Limen skviser du over. Sett stekeovnen på 175 grader &lt;br /&gt;
Stek fileten i panna på ganske sterk varme, slik at du får stekeskorpe på alle sider. Du kan gjerne krydre litt om du vil det.&lt;br /&gt;
Sett et steketermometer i den tykkeste delen, og legg hele fileten i en ildfast form.&lt;p&gt;

Sett formen i ovnen. Så er det bare å vente til steketermometeret viser ønsket temperatur - ved 70 grader er den rosa inni. Det tar ca 20 minutter, litt avhengig av hvor tykk fileten er.&lt;p&gt;

Når den er ferdig stekt lar du den hvile i fem minutter før du skjærer den i tykke skiver.&lt;br /&gt;
Legg på fat/tallerken og server med poteter (fløtegratinerte, bakte, pommes frites...u name it), broccoli, mais, peppersaus, annen saus, stekte champinjoner eller annet snadder.

Ha egget i melet og bland godt
Smelt smøret og ha i melken = 37 C. Bland i gjæren og hell over i melet. Kna deigen skikkelig sammen, og la den så heve seg mens du steker kjøttet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;Stek løk, sopp (hah, gadd ikke stave det en gang til, så!) og kjøttdeig.
Bland i tomatpurè og krydder etter smak.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;Når deigen er sånn passe hevet, kjevles det ut ca 9 runde leiver. Ha kjøttblandingen på den ene halvparten, og brett den andre halvparten over. "Lim" sammen kantene med litt pisket egg.
